La Posta de' Cavalieri

The Relais' Restaurant “La Posta de 'Cavalieri” offers recipes inspired by a healthy cuisine designed to enhance the seasonal products of the area and especially the Estate ones; Our belief is that simplicity and naturalness does not restrict creativity, elegance and innovation. Meat, cheese and almost all vegetables are our own farming products and thus guaranteed in authenticity.

It is also recommended the fish caught in the lakes of Bracciano and Martignano, the broccoli d.o.p of Anguillara, the bread, the cakes and the pasta prepared by our chefs led by chef Salvatore Esposito.

In addition to the traditional menu we have also menus for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
